2. Description of Service

Serg's Stories is a user-generated content platform that allows users to:

• Submit and share personal stories related to Serg's Chocolate
• Upload photos and videos accompanying stories
• Tag friends in stories
• Vote on other users' stories
• Browse and view publicly shared content

3. Account Registration

To submit stories, you must sign in with Facebook. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account access
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your Facebook account information is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including stories, photos, and videos.

4.2 License Grant

By submitting content, you grant Serg's Holdings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Service
• Share your content on social media for promotional purposes
• Create derivative works (thumbnails, previews)
• Retain archived copies even after deletion

4.3 Content Restrictions

You may not submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate for general audiences
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional in nature
• Impersonates another person or entity

5. Content Moderation

All submitted content is subject to review before publication. We reserve the right to:

• Reject, edit, or remove any content without explanation
• Feature or not feature any submitted story
• Suspend or ban users who violate our guidelines
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

6. Voting System

Users can vote on stories they enjoy. To maintain fairness:

• Each user may vote once per story
• Vote manipulation is prohibited
• We may adjust vote counts to prevent abuse
• Excessive voting may result in rate limiting

7. Friend Tagging

When tagging friends in stories:

• You must have consent from tagged individuals
• Tagged individuals can request removal
• Facebook profile links require the tagged person's Facebook account
• Name-only tags are available for non-Facebook users

8. Intellectual Property

Serg's Stories, the Serg's logo, and all related trademarks are property of Serg's Holdings. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Content posted by users
• Third-party links or content
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any damages arising from use of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERG'S HOLDINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
