If you have logged into Serg's Stories using your Facebook account and wish to have your data deleted, this page provides instructions on how to submit a data deletion request.
What Data We Have From Your Facebook Account
When you use Facebook Login with Serg's Stories, we may have stored the following information:
- Facebook User ID: A unique identifier from Facebook
- Name: Your public display name from Facebook
- Email: The email address associated with your Facebook account
- Profile Picture: URL to your Facebook profile picture
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to our data protection team with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request":
privacy@sergs.comPlease include your Facebook email address or the name used on your Facebook account so we can locate and verify your data.
Option 2: Through Facebook
You can also manage and remove apps connected to your Facebook account directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy
- Select Settings
- Go to Apps and Websites
- Find "Serg's Stories" in the list
- Click Remove and confirm
Note: This removes the app connection but may not immediately delete data already stored on our servers. For complete deletion, please also contact us via email.
Processing Time
We process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, we will remove:
- Your Facebook User ID from our database
- Your stored email address
- Your profile information from Facebook
- Any authentication tokens associated with your Facebook account
Note: Any stories you have submitted will remain on the platform but will be anonymized (your name will be removed). If you wish to have your stories completely removed, please specify this in your deletion request.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, and port your data. We are committed to honoring these rights in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
